  Rezumat:  The Evil Thoughts and the Preparing Period of the Lent. The Church is concerned during the Liturgical year to involve all the aspects that can help to the man’s conversion. In this way, the preparing period of the Lent will guide the faithful for the fight he will have against the temptations and the sin. This fight that the faithful will have to carry not only during the Triode period, but also during his entire life, the monks identified as the fight against the evil thoughts. During the preparing period of the Lent the three sins or chieftain of the evil are put in front. These ones and the remedies which the Church proposes are evidenced especially in the Gospels of the four Sundays of this period. This study wants to be an introduction to this spiritual problem as well as an historical essay to determine the formation of this period from the liturgical point of view.
