  Rezumat:  The current observations and the systematically evaluations can bring up important changes that may appear in the students` pronunciation. In this situation in the report-sheet are put down only the changes that appear in: voice, verbal breathing and speech graphicalness, from the last examination. The phonemes that appeared spontaneously in the child `s speech will be notated when this happens, so that an immediate corrective- compensatory activity could begin for ensuring the consolidation and the automatization in speech of those phonemes.
