  Rezumat:  The Flexibility of Human Resources – Premise for Improving Involvement of Labour Force. In the present conditions of a restructuring economy in general and of industry in particular, of several changes that occurred with respect to occupational families and required qualifications on the labour market in the present and future, the flexibility of human resources represents an essential factor in improving the involvement in economy, in general and in industry, in particular. Further to this, we consider that making flexible the labour force from Romania should be a major objective of the government policy. Achievement of this objective can be realized, in our opinion, through the initiation and implementation of several concrete actions, simultaneous in different directions. I presented them in this paper.
