Rezumat: The Role of Rural Tourism in the Territorial Development of Maramureşului Land (II). The second part of the rural touristic phenomenon`s analysis from Maramureşului Land goes on with the detalied inventoring ot the third component with touristic impact at the level of every locality - the material basis and the communication facilities, which received - as the first two components - a partial score, comprised between 0 (in the case of the accommodation capacities` absence or of the communication facilities) and a partial maximum score (50 points). The accumulation of the partial scores obtained for every locality partially permitted the achievement of a precise "radiography" of the real existing situation, through the identification of all the accommodation bases and of the communication network and, on their basis, the establishment of a real hierarchy of values. The whole touristic offer proper for every territorial-administrative unit partially was obtained through the application of a unitary methodology to all the localities of the region and through the summing up of the partial values granted to every cuantified category partly (the natural potential, the anthropic and secondary offer). In this manner, some distinct categories of values were able to be spotlighted, as well as the factorial territorial prevalent features of the touristic offer. Finally, based upon all these, a projection with a real and objective support regarding the development direction was achieved, the types and the forms of tourism practiced and practicable, as a result of some adequate actions of general and touristic arrangement. |
