The solutions we suggest have scientific foundation. They are based on:
- the study of psychological dimensions of fear as a psychic phenomenon;
- the diagnosis and estimation of fear state;
- the development of some control technique of this human dimensions;
- the strategy to improve learning swimming and the control of the fear state, having as a result the appropiation of a technique of removal în deep water în 2-3 lessons.
The research is centred on one aspect of psychic life and is an effort of interdisciplinar search: psychology-pedagogy-swimming.
