All manuscripts are reviewed by two referees.

The peer review process consists of the following steps:

One of the Editors assigns a member of the Editorial Board to manage the peer review and to send the manuscript to two reviewers. Two single blind referee reports are requested.

Based on the reviewers' reports, the member of the Editorial Board makes a recommendation to the Editor.

By this recommendation and the two reports, the Editor takes a decision that is sent to the author.
