  Rezumat:   The conscience, as topic, became the main searching subject of diverse disciplines, as individual psychology, deep-psychology, social psychology, theology, philosophy, anthropology etc. Each has its own scientific approach, but neither of them can fulfil a complete perspective. My goal within this study is, to put accent on the versatility of scientific opinions, and to make a synthesis among them. I express the importance of our judging self, which is the basic forum of us, concerning our normative in life, values, a comparing point, which influences our life. The conscience, de facto, is the norma proxima of our expressions, deeds and behavior. It is given for each person, but it also needs education. The self-governing conscience can be taught, even in childhood already. This education proceeds conform some conditions. The characteristics of conscience’s development moves from authority to autonomy, which scale will vary according to the personal attachment and expression of love.
