  Rezumat:  The Document of the Catholic – Orthodox Commission from Balamand entitled “Uniatism – an Old Fashioned Way and the Actual Search of the Complete Communion”. The document begins as it follows: “As the Orthodox Churches desired, the normal evolution of the theological dialogue with the Catholic Church was stopped and immediately there appeared the Uniatism problem. The documents of the dialogue commission from München, Bari and Valamo suc-ceeded one another; they should be studied together. On the other hand, the docu-ment from Balamand, from the beginning, said that the dialogue work was stopped. That’s why this one cannot be analyzed in the same way as the others of the same dialogue commission.
