  Rezumat:  The Actuality of the Beatitudes. Exegetic and Patristic Aspects. The biblical study of the Gospels has an important place in the understanding of the message brougth by Jesus Christ. One of the most important passage found in the New Testament is sow called „The Sermon of the Mountain”; it has un important place in the Gospels from Mathieu and Luc. Using the elements brougth from the patristic period, we have the possibility to notice all the aspects of the studied passage. Many biblical researche have showed us that the Gospels contains some very important structures of texts, one of them are the Beatitudes. Using a great bibliographic variety this article wants to offer a better understanding of the synoptic Gospels and to give new solutions for the problems that are included in the studied thematic.
