  Rezumat:  The Criminalistic Interview. This article is telling us about the form and the structure of the police interview. In our analyses we wrote about the three forms of police interviewing. Why try to explain the three way’s of dialog between the policeman and a criminal. We wrote about the policeman behavior in the interview situations and also about the behavior structure of the criminal in the same interview situation. A very important aspect in the dialog between the policeman and the criminal is the verbal and nonverbal method. The policeman must build his questions and the whole interview very carefully because in a carefully way he can have representative answers to his questions. This article is telling us how to do this dialog and how can the policeman have representative answers to his questions.
