Rezumat:
Superconducting samples (Bi1.6Pb0.4)(Sr1.8Ba0.2)Ca2Cu3Oy and (Bi1.6Pb0.4)Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy(Bi-2223) have been obtained by solid state reaction method and characterized by electrical resistivity and X-Ray diffraction measurements. The effect of sintering temperature on the electrical resistivity and excess conductivity were investigated. The parameters obtained from temperature dependence of resistivity data in the normal state and superconducting transition are sensitive to the sintering temperature. The fluctuation induced conductivity analysis of the samples were performed in the light of Aslamasov–Larkin (AL) theory.The composition and sintering temperature dependence of crossover reduced temperature between 2D and 3D regimes in excess conductivity have been analysed.
