  Rezumat:  The Manager as part of the Sports Club. The management represents, generally speaking, the ensemble of activities of organization and leadership, with a view to take the best decisions in the projection, organization, unfolding and adjustment of all the processes. The manager is the leader whose main mission is to sue the technical, financial and human means which are available as part of an organization so that he obtains what the had proposed. He assumes the functions of projection, foreseeing, organization, coordination, order and control. The manager must have solid general and special knowledge from different branches of science (psychology, socio-economic sciences, mathematics, law, computer abilities) but also authority and responsibility competences.
