  Rezumat:  Psycho-Behavioural Modifications Occured by Ilness to Traumatic Affections. The ilness is affecting the patient on his psychological level, being perceived as an aggression to his own personality, moreover as an insecure or disastrous condition. The preliminary fear is the main element that extends the anxiety, especially the affective consequences after the acute stress has been consumed. The patient can react to the ilness with optimism, pessimism, denial, indifference or independence, he can either accept or deny the idea of him going through the ilness, this phenomena being expressed by his interlocking with the doctor. The ilness is a regressive system in which the hyper sensibility, manifested through emotional dynamic bursting, are obvious in the patient''''s behavior. The knowledge of these pycho-behavioural changes is very useful to the kinetic therapyst, in order to adjust control their approach to the patients.
