  Rezumat:  Interdisciplinary Team in Performance Sport. The study of sport phenomenon at the level of world performances requires necessarily team work; the prestige of the isolated and independent specialist have disappeared from 3 or 4 decades. Our activity of scientific assistance in high performance sport is performed by multidisciplinary and pluridisciplinary teams which suppose a sistematic communication among the specialists in these teams. In order to know the secrets of the athlete’s body during effort, aiming at results at the world level, it is necessary to gather data and information with the help of several disciplines: biological, psychological, mathematical, cibernetical etc.
