  Rezumat:  Means of Recovery After Effort. The recovery of the organism, the biological balance or renew, the trophical regenerate, in the opinion of the specialist, represents the trophical component of working of sport effort, next to ergotrophical component, existent a sistematical interference relationship in both sides. The recovery of the organism represents not only a reserve of performance, but mainly a source of health and reinforce after an effort, a huge reserve of applied methods, wich must be scientifically established and included in daily life of each of us. The realities of the modern training which containts volume and big intensities in soirt(ing) effort, expousing the organism to some risks, which may cause a rigorous morbid state of health, the neurosis of exhaution of to much training. In this context the propylactic side of the sport therapy intervene, being individualisided in the limits of the sport training, the controlled recovery. This is realized by a real "feed-back" mechanism, haveing a certain reaction on the previous ergotrophical moment, and it coused indirectly a mode to support the following effort. In this work, are prezented the individualisation, differentiation and classification of the methods, belong to different authors. Following the introduction are presented those practical methods of recovery, which are used in the whole word and also in our country, with good and very good results. At the same time this work presents a few recovery scheme which could be very useful for teachers and trainers meaning these being devided according to predominantly effort.
