  Rezumat:  Extrasportive selfevaluation and its implications in performance at "U" Cluj Basketball team. Psychological qualities as intelligence and creativity can''t be evaluated in the same way as physical qualities (size, weight, motion speed). Psychological qualities reflect only in human behavior. It is useful to offer simple or complex methods of selfevaluation for men''s conscience about their limits or qualities. "U" Cluj basketball players are together around five hours a day. Naturally their behavior interfere in the rest of the day. Too our wish is to present how do they appreciate their own daily adaptability, knowing their social impact is different from so called "common people".
