Starting from its very first number the magazine is opened to all the experts of the music field that belong to all the musical institutions of the country and also the foreign institutions as well.

The speciality reviewer, which guides the magazine, relies on the reports, by which we try to increase the professional performance of the successive volumes until they reach their maximum of efficiency and also their professional accuracy.
