  Abstract:  The parish is a geographical and spiritual area of pastoral work of priest. It is the foundation and center of religious-moral life of Christains from one locality. Orthodox Church has the oldest and at the same time the most modern organization and apostolic-patristics bizantino-local: parish, rank, diocese, exarch, archiepiscopate, Metropolitan seat and patriarchate.Priest by threefold ministry: teacher, sanctify-missionary and pastoral care to every child clerical, in all Christian families and has a duty to proclaim the Gospel, teach the teachings of the Church, to commit the divine Misteries, whuch performed Communion faithful with God and with others.Conscience of parish, the level of spiritual life, order and discipline, solidarity with the parish priest are most important criteria to evaluate a community.
