  Abstract:  Consequences canonique d’une ecclesiologie eucharistique. Auprès le nouvelle Code du Droit Canonique pape Jean Paul II afirme dans la Constitution Apostolique "Sacrae Disciplinae Leges" que cette code fait une traduction en langue canonique ce le ecclesiologie de Concilium Vatican II. Auprès can. 897, l’Eucharistie est d’une major importance parce que est un realitè constitutive (CD 11; can. 369) parmi s’exprime l’unité du Peuple du Dieu, donne láautorite a sacerdoce et dans la celebration implique la participation d’Eglise.L’aspect eucharistique est indispensable pour une Eglise locale et d’ici pour l’Eglise Catolique. La discipline sacramentale, en concret de l’Eucharistie s’exprime aujourd’hui dans une manière adequate par expressions juridique et canonique.
