  Abstract:  L’histoire de la communauté et de l’église Sfantul Vasile cel mare (Saint Basile le grand) de Bucarest (de sa fondation aux catacombes). Dès le début de son existence, dans l’ancienne Valachie, l’Église catholique de rite oriental a connu un parcours de souffrance. L’église Sfantul Vasile cel Mare (Saint Basile le Grand), la première église greco catholique de Bucarest, bâtie dans la période où Raymund Netzhammer, était archêveque catholique à Bucarest, témoigne des années difficiles de persécution avant, mais surtout après 1948, date de mise hors de la loi de l’église catholique de rite oriental.
