  Abstract:  La Sainte Vierge Marie entre la Pentecôte et sa mort. Si les Écritures canoniques ne disent rien sur la Vierge après la Pentecôte, il y a pas mal d’oeuvres apocryphes qui cherchent à dissiper le mystère là-dessous, tout en répondant au goût de fantastique de certains fidèles. Le silence des Évangiles et des Epîtres sur la vie de la Sainte Vierge Marie entre la Pentecôte et sa mort n’est pourtant pas accidentel, mais providentiel: on devrait en comprendre que cette période de la vie de Notre Dame ne fait aucunément exception de la manière dont a vécu la Vierge: se rapportant toujours à son Fils.
