  Abstract:  Pour l’harmonisation des relations de l’Etat Roumain avec l’Eglise Greco-catholique. Les relations de l’État Roumain avec l’Église Greco-Catholique se jouent au niveau de la liberté religieuse, du droit à la propriété et du droit à la vérité historique et morale, présents dans la Déclaration des Droits de l’Homme et dans la Déclaration concernant les principes fondamentaux de justice et les victimes des abus. Face au non-respect de ces droits l’Église Greco-Catholique se voit obligée à faire appel au Tribunal International de la Haye, pour l’annulation du décret 358, de 01.10.1948, qui envoyait l’Église Greco-Catholique dans la clandestinité et la privait de ses propriétés.
