  Abstract:  Le rapport de l’Etat avec l’Eglise Roumaine Unie à Rome après 1989. La liberté religieuse, l’autonomie de l’Église et la justice, restent les lieux les plus controversés dans les relations de l’Église Greco-Catholique de Roumanie avec l’État Roumain. Cet article veut marquer historiquement les points sensibles des liens entre l’État et l’Église, et tout particulièrement de l’Église Greco-Catholique de Roumanie, telle qu’ils sont saisis dans le passage du régime totalitaire au régime post-décembriste.
