  Abstract:  Papst Franziskus lebt uns vor, was das integrale (jesuanische) Missionsverständnis ausmacht und wie eine Missionspraxis im 21. Jahrhundert gestaltet werden kann. Seine Kirchenvision ist eine Kirche in einem permanenten Zustand der Mission, des Hinausgehens. Diese missionarische Kirche kann nicht krank werden, denn sie kreist nicht mehr um sich selbst und um ihre eigenen Krisen, sondern mischt sich in die Welt ein, um sie ein Stück weit durch die Liebe Gottes zu heilen. Sie enthüllt in der Verkündigung die Liebe Gottes zu den Menschen und heilt in der Diakonie als Werkzeug Gottes in dieser Welt.
