THE PARLIAMENTARY REGIME (I) / REGIMUL PARLAMENTAR (I). Authors: EMIL BOC. |
||||||
Abstract: The Parliamentary Regime is the most widely adopted system of government. There are two main types of parliamentary regimes: the British model and the continental model. In spite of their differences, there are some basic principles applicable to both of them. The most important features of the parliamentary regime we consider to be the divided structure of the Executive, the political responsibility of the Government in front of the Parliament and the power of Executive to dissolve the Parliament. | |||||||
