  Abstract:  Quality - Theoretical Definition and Practical Approach. The quality of products, processes or services is a factor of major impact within the rapid diversification and revewal of goods offer, globalisation of markets and continuous increase of clients expectations. On a macroeconomic level, quality is studied by means of analysis, evaluation and quality insurance using appropriate devices, manifesting itself as a major factor of competition.
