  Abstract:  L’efficacité de l’ouverture au capital étranger face aux stratégies des investisseurs. Le rôle de catalyseur de l’investissement direct étranger (IDE) pour la croissance économique d’un pays est accepté et démontré. Etant porteur de technologie, de savoir-faire, de flux des capitaux non createurs des dettes, l’IDE est promu par tous les pays en transition afin de faciliter l’adaptation à l’économie de marché et l’intégration dans une union régionale. Nous ne pouvons pas ignorer les effets negatifs de l’ouverture au capital étranger sur l’économie de pays d’accueil.
