  Abstract:  The Employees Interests Harmonization and Motivation. During manufacturing process the employees have specific interests known as being intentions towards specific advantages. The manager is required to know the different interests of this employees and to act consequently for their harmonization. This is possible using appropriate methods wich are presented in the paper below. The author points out the influence of the external environment upon the harmonization of interests and the role of motivation based on Maslow’s theory of needs and the theory of motivation and unsatisfactory factors. The motivation and the interests harmonization are ways used by the managers for assuring the company’s succes.
