	Abstract: Issues Regarding Financial Risks. Risk is the fundamental issue which govern the whole economic activity. The present paper presents the problematic of financial risk. The risk is viewed from different approaches: through the view of global break-even point, through the view of financial lever effect, through the view of statistical risk which use the notion of dispersion.
