  Article:   TREASURY MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE GROUP.

  Abstract:  Treasury administration at a level of a group of companies is close related of centralization activities of the treasury. In our study we present some techniques of centralization of the treasury, between we put the accent on the automatic equilibrium of the treasury. The relationship between bank and the companies of the group supposes the establishment of some circuits between the secondary accounts and the centralizator account. In this way it becomes essential the implementation of an informational system which ensure the connection between the companies of the group and the banks where they have their current accounts.
