  Abstract:  Permanent attention should be paid on meeting the needs of the consumer. The client is in the center of all company-programs because the products and services are addressed to him. The future of the company depends on the client. During the act of buying the client’s decision-taking is greatly influenced by several factors: cultural, social, personal and psychological. Each of these factors influence the client and the company has to be aware of it in order to be able what to offer, when to offer and how and where.
