  Abstract:  Services management assumes the understanding of three functional perspectives: marketing, production and human resources. In order to study the situations from services through this multifunctional perspective, we can use different tools, such as: identification of different types of service processes; analyses of service systems; breaking the service into core product and supplementary products; mapping of service activities in order to establish a connection between the visible and invisible activities.
