Abstract:  The Geomorphological Impact - Significances and Standing Points. Most of the studies that regard the geomorphological impact issues and assessments, irrespective whether then are of a theoretical or practical nature are executed only if there is a social demanding - the implementation of an anthropical activity within a certain territory. This can generate substantial qualitative and quantitative changes of the geomorphological parameters that then will be reflected by the modification of the initial state of the territory. When the subject of the geomorphological impact is approached, we must consider that the geomorphic environment is divided in three components: processes, forms and raw materials. The mutual relations among of these is regarding the anthropical activities leads to the introduction of two major concepts: the geomorphological impact and the geomorphological risks.
