Abstract: About Dimension in Geography. The geographic phenomena is structured acording to some specific dimensions, that depend on the capacity of percetion and functioning of the system. The dimensions of a geographic system are changing acording to time and space. The substrate, the hidroatmospheric weight and the living comunity ask for diffrent dimensions, gathered in the dimensional major geographic act, this being the Superior Earth Cover. The geographic dimension is a dynamic dimension, which makes us accept for the existance of a geographic system both a crude dimension and a net dimension of the components. In conclusion we can say that Geography is a science that handles the dimensional raports too, fact that makes it grow as a science every day. | |||||||
