	Abstract: The scoliosis it is frequent to patients with hemiplegia. Many consider that the scoliosis is resolvable by itself because in the treatment of hemiplegia are used certain techniques as Kabat which reduce the risk of scoliosis. As a general conclusion we can say that during the treatment of hemiplegia scoliosis, as well as in the case of patients with stoke, the patience and the good relationship between patient and physical therapist are key factors and the success of each meeting positively influence the outcome of treatment.
