  Abstract:  The Programming the Types of Effort in Basketball Players’ Trainning – Study of Case. Programming the „load” of trainning and competition represents for the „U” Cluj basketball team an useful instrument in distributing different types of microcycles of training throughout the whole process of training. The types of effort involved in the basketball game are programmed in relation with the chrematistics of the „load” of training and competition.
