  Abstract:  Flux and Continuity Awareness with Accent on Selection and Refining Movements in Sequences. This subject is concentrate under the improving of movement’ answering – the modality of contection of the mouvement and the movement by own. This subject has three tasks: to increase the flux and ability of flux mouvement, to obtain a good continuity in the mouvement, and to underline the importance of selection of mouvement and style. All of these like element of developing and specialisation in studying and versatility in gymnastics mouvement.
