THE CONCEPT OF SPORT TRAINING. Authors: GHEORGHE MONEA. |
||||||
Abstract: The concept of Sport Training. Sport training is defined in literature as a pedagogical process, performed systematically and continually, of adapting the human body to intense physical and psychological efforts required for contests in different branches of sport. Training is a general idea on the essential characteristics of sport training; an abstractisation and generalisation of experiences. Therefore, the concept includes all the methodological, biological, psychological and sociological aspects which characterise the notion of sport training. | |||||||
