  Abstract:  Indicaţii practice pentru selectarea mijloacelor şi metodelor de iniţiere în gimnastică. Gimnastica este un sport individual în care se duce lupta fiecaruia cu el însuşi în încercarea depăşirii partenerilor şi obţinerii victoriei. Aceste scopuri pot fi realizate având o tehnică bună a elementelor care compun exerciţiile de gimnastică, tehnică ce poate fi îmbunătăţiţă în antrenamente bine organizate şi unde se folosesc o multitudine de mijloace şi metode de instruire. Sunt expuse câteva din metodele şi mijloacere folosite în antrenamentele de gimnastică.
