Abstract:  Psychological Aspects of Speed Running (sprint). Sprint is short distance running, included in cyclic exercises of maximum intensity, characterized by a short period of development. In this theme, we want to present how psychological factors influence the major objective of sprinters: to run the course in shortest time.
