  Abstract:  

The interest in the consumption of fresh fruits, products and nutritional supplements made from them is due to their content of bioactive nutrients and their importance as dietary antioxidants. Sea Buckthorn and Black Currant were used in both Europe and Asia for centuries. In this context, the aims of this work are to obtain a TLC fingerprinting of some nutritional supplements derived from Sea Buckthorn and Black Currant in order to establish their origin and conditioning type and, also, to correlate their antioxidant capacity with their content of biologically active compounds.
