Studia UBB Digitalia uses the MLA style for the article and reviews it publishes.
MLA (Modern Language Association) style is most commonly used to write papers and cite sources within the liberal arts and humanities. Bellow are the rules for the most common use of the style.

Terms and conditions:
- to follow the profile of the journal and the theme of each issue;
 - to respect the established deadline;
 - to follow the publication requirements
- to situate the length of the article between 5000 and 8000 words for articles, and between 1500 and 2500 words for reviews;
 - for the Romanian authors, the translation into Romanian of the abstract and of the keywords.

Will not be accepted:
- texts previously published in other journal or any type of print (books, proceedings volumes, etc)
- texts already uploaded onto public servers

The authors will be announced concerning the acceptance or the rejection of their papers and the suggestions made by the reviewers. All articles are reviewed by two prestigious referees from outside the Babeş-Bolyai University but the authors are personally responsible for the content of their papers. All published materials become the property of the journal.

Issues, Deadlines:
The journal is published semesterly in June and December.

The paper submission for the Studia UBB Digitalia volumes are programmed as follow:

- For the first number the deadline for the receiving of the studies is 15th of March;
- For the second number we accept the studies up to 15th of September.
