Abstract:  Anthropogenesis in Palaeolithic between Palaeontology, Philosophy of Religion and Theology. The process of anthropogenesis refers to the humanising phenomenon and to the emergence of man as capable of self-conscience being. So we can recognize in the first place in these hominids acts revealing a complex psychic, that of homo symbolicus, capable to imagine and reproduce symmetric and functional forms, but the man in the complexity of the human phenomenon is always homo sapiens and in the same time homo religious. The Bible, in Genesis, offers us the specific elements for an archaic culture, being the echo of a description from the „the night of times”. The new studies of palaeoanthropology and of palaeo-genetics can enter in a philosophical and theological debate offering a complex vision about the origins and the culture of the human being.

Keywords: anthropogenesis, Palaeolitic, philosophy, religion, homo symbolicus, homo sapiens
