Abstract:  The art, Is It Creator? Some Elements of Reflexion from Jacques Maritain. Considering the art we have to establish the limits between the arts for knowledge and the art of acting, of doing. Maritain distinguished the art for useful and the art of beautiful. The arts of useful are based on need. On the contrary, the art of beautiful are not conditioned by anything, just as the freedom of the artist. There is a difference between the art and the creation, because only God is named Creator. So the art is imitating nature, by doing what the last one is doing and something more. The poet is starting by acknowledging the existence, the reality and then creates the master piece, the innovation of art.
