  Abstract:  Observation, planning and assessment of the Romanian literature lessons: a complementary approach. The presentation focuses on the models of observation sheets, planning guides and assessment sheets used during the pre-service teaching of Romanian Literature. The text is separated in three sections. The first aims at detailing the contexts that have informed (a) the re-structuring of the methodology of Teaching Practice and (b) the construction of new models. The second and the third sequences consist of the description (a) of the criteria that underlay these models and (b) the way in which they were structured, applied and proved their effectiveness.
