Abstract:  The article is analyzing the main aspects concerning the Romanian Government: the process of government formation, government reshuffle and the government acts. The main aspect of the Government formation is that the President of Romania is not appointing the Prime-Minister, but is proposing a candidate for Prime-Minister. The major role in the process belongs to the Parliament. The President of Romania does the Government reshuffle at the proposal of the Prime-Minister. The major role in the executive power is played by the Prime Minister, not by the President of Romania.
