  Abstract:  Après les analyses phénoménologiques de Marc Richir et Jacques Garelli, consacrées à la troisième Critique de Kant, un texte souvent ignoré par les fondateurs mêmes de la phénoménologie – Husserl et Heidegger -, on peut maintenant reconstituer, rétroactivement, la contribution que Hannah Arendt a apportée à la réévaluation de la théorie kantienne du jugement esthétique et, surtout, de ces conséquences possibles pour une philosophie politique ainsi impliquée. L’auteur insiste surtout sur le rôle que Arendt accorde au sens commun dans le fonctionnement de la théorie kantienne dédiée au jugement de goût et à sa signification politique implicite.
