Abstract:  Logic has been transformed radically from its Fregean beginnings. New domains have appeared and new theoretical mechanisms providing solutions to the new problems have been elaborated. The consequences of this have been the birth of intentional logic and of many valued logic. Inductive logic has been transformed into logic of probability. This paper attempts to give an answer to the question of whether the former unitary logic has or has not become or a network of logics, that is, the question of whether or not the situation of XXth century logic can be described by the term „logics.”
