||||||
Abstract: Justice and Its Limitedness. This text proposes to reconcile the theory of justice. He wants to found a new theory of justice and ethics based no longer on the principles or on norms but on this concept. Jean-Jacques Sarfati has developed the studies of this concept of limits in other texts not published yet. He thinks that the works on "feelings" as "shame" for example is an interesting way to discover the enigmatic sense of limits, which is, in his opinion, one of the best way to find justice. Keywords: law, justice, rules, limits, philosophy of law. |
