  Abstract:  Cette deuxième édition de la journée de Linguistique Comparée des Langues Romanes (LiCoLaR 2009) Préfixes et suffixes dans les langues romanes. Dérivation, composition, construction du mot, construction du sens s’est déroulée le 15 mai 2009 à la Maison Méditerranéenne des Sciences de l’Homme (MMSH), que nous remercions pour son accueil. Nous remercions pour leur soutien financier, logistique et éditorial, le Centre Aixois d’Études Romanes (CAER EA854) d’Aix-Marseille Université, ainsi que le Département d’Études italiennes et le Département de Linguistique comparée des Langues romanes et de Roumain ; le CLAIX (Cercle Linguistique d’Aix-en-Provence) ; la revue Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai de l’Université Babeş-Bolyai de Cluj-Napoca, qui nous accueille dans ses pages pour la seconde fois. La présente publication concrétise les excellentes relations de confiance et d’échanges scientifiques qu’entretiennent les chercheurs d’Aix-en-Provence et de Cluj. Nous remercions notre collègue Ştefan Gencărău, pour son implication dans notre projet de publication.

This second edition of Day of comparative linguistic of Romance Languages (LiCoLaR 2009) Prefix and suffix in Romance languages. Derivation, composition, construction of the word, meaning construction held in May 15, 2009 at the Mediterranean House of Human Sciences (MMSH), whom we thank for their hospitality. We are grateful for their financial, logistical and editorial support of the Centre d''Etudes Romanes Aix (CAER EA854) of Aix-Marseille University and the Department of Italian Studies and the Department of Linguistics Comparative Romance Languages and Romanian; the CLAIX (Linguistic Circle of Aix-en-Provence), the journal Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai University of Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, that welcomes us in its pages for the second time. This publication embodies the good relationship of confidence and scientific exchanges between researchers from Aix-en-Provence and Cluj.
